How do I book a shoot?
You are welcome to book directly on my booking page, email me at emilyselegantphotography@gmail.com, reach out to me on social media or request a call to book a session. All bookings are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.

What is your booking timeline?
I require a minimum of one week notice if booking is available. Travel locations must be scheduled one month or more in advance.
Do you work nationally?
Yes! I am a travel photographer. National work does come with travel cost in addition to standard pricing. I have experience photographing in Washington, Oregon and Nevada.
Where are you based?
Central Washington State - most frequently booking in Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, and Quincy. Travel photography optional for the greater pacific northwest.
How many images will I receive?
Every session will vary based on the time slot you have chosen.
Mini Session (30 minutes or less): 10-20 images
More Session (45-60 minutes): 25-50 images
Custom Session (1 hour): 50-75 images
Special Session (1-2 hours): 100-200 images
Large Events/Weddings (3 hours or more): 300-500 images
What is your turnaround time?
All mini session images will be emailed via digital album within 5 business days.
All albums will be delivered based upon your session selected:
Sessions containing less than 100 photos will be delivered within one week of shooting.
Special sessions 100-200 images, allow up to two weeks from shooting.
Large events/weddings 300-500 images, allow up to one month from shooting,
Expedited turnaround can be requested at an additional cost.
Do you have a referral program?
Any good friend is a friend of mine. Spreading your love for my business makes my heart soar and I feel that should be rewarded! I do offer a pretty sweet referral program, ask me about it!
What are my highlight photos and when will I receive them?
Your highlight photos are your first album of top pick images that are first available for your view while I continue working on the rest of your album. Feel free to share your highlights and pump up the fun before your full album arrives. Your highlight photos will be emailed via digital album within 3 business days of our shoot.
*Mini sessions do not include a highlight album.
Invoices
Invoices will be emailed prior to or after each booking based upon each package/session. Packages including a retainer must be paid prior to booking with remaining balance due before gallery delivery.
Payment can be made directly to Emily's Elegant Photography or via your invoice sent (credit/debit). Any invoices paid by credit/debit, in person or by other payment methods will receive a paid invoice remittance.
2.3 Invoice. Emily's Elegant Photography will issue an invoice to Client upon agreement of the Services (“Invoice”). Client agrees to pay all Fees outstanding on or prior to any due dates set out within each contract. Any payment after the due date will incur a late fee of [15%] per month on the outstanding balance. Client acknowledges that the final amount payable may be subject to change depending on the amount actual expenses incurred. Client confirms and agrees that the final calculations provided in the Invoice, should they be different from the total listed in Section 2.1, will be the final amount payable.

Contracts
All sessions booked require contract signature/s before photographing takes place. This protects both the rights and privacy for both you and myself. All contracts are legally binding and should be read with full understanding. You will receive your contract via email (DocuSign), you are encouraged to retain a copy for your own personal records.
Quotes
Quotes may be requested by any form of communication and are unique for each package/session. Packages and sessions all begin at a minimum base price and are built based upon need, location and more. All quotes verbal, email, or through any other means of exchange or subject to change.
Surveys & Giveaways
Delivering quality service cannot come without quality reviews. Emily's Elegant Photography likes to send out client surveys to better improve quality of service. Not only do I send these surveys to better serve you, but I like to reward any of my folks willing to offer their time to provide feedback. Payment
Preferred method of payment is credit/debit, cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal and Facebook. Online payment option for credit/debit is available via each invoice remittance. You will receive your gallery as soon as payment clears.
Payment plans are available upon request and must be requested upon booking - no photos will be delivered until payment is received.

Services
1.1 Services. Subject to the terms set out herein, Client engages Photographer to provide, and Photographer agrees to provide, the photography services described in this Section 1.1 (the “Services”)
As part of the Services, the Emily's Elegant Photography will produce or take similar action to create materials from Images and provide related deliverables pursuant to the provision of the Services (“Work Product”). “Images” means photographic material, whether still or moving, created by Emily's Elegant Photography pursuant to this Agreement and includes, but is not limited to, transparencies, negatives, prints or digital files, captured, recorded, stored or delivered in any type of analogue, photographic, optical, electronic, magnetic, digital or any other medium.
1.2 Exclusivity. Client acknowledges and agrees that Emily's Elegant Photography will be the exclusive provider of the Services in any Session, unless otherwise agreed to by the parties in writing.
4.2 Manner of Service. Emily's Elegant Photography will ensure that the Services are performed in a good, expedient, workmanlike and safe manner, and in such a manner as to avoid unreasonable interference with Client’s activities.
Gift Cards
Wanting to gift a session to a friend or loved one? Emily's Elegant Photography offers gift card options to meet your holiday, birthday and special occasion needs.
Print shop gift cards are also available to use within my print shop for discounts, free item giveaways or free shipping on your favorite photo items.
Referrals
Referral discounts will be given to clients who successfully have a friend/family book and complete a session. Refer a friend to earn a discount on your next booking with me!
